If you are unsatisfied with the condition of the product, we will exchange unused goods for a new copy within 30 days of the purchase date, if the item is still available. Please call our office at (949) 756-0600 between 9-4:30 PST (M-F) to initiate a return request. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns, except for items we consider to have manufacturing defects.

Our customer care department will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number once your return is reviewed and approved. It may take up to 3 business days for us to respond to you with your RMA.  

Once you have your RMA, kindly return your package with the RMA number written on the original packing slip.

Note that once we receive your product back, we will need 1-3 business days to inspect it before any refunds are issued, or replacements sent.

A Note About Leather Bibles:
