Job Title: Marketing Coordinator – Full Time. In-House Only, Monday-Friday in our Irvine, Ca. Headquarters. 

Reports To: Publisher

Pay Range: $55,000-$65,000 depending on experience.

Company: Three Sixteen Publishing exists to create God-honoring Christian resources rooted in the truths of John 3:16, 2 Timothy 3:16, and Colossians 3:16. We publish high-quality Bibles (Legacy Standard Bible and NASB 1995 editions), children’s resources through Green Egg Media, and inspirational paper and stationery products through Bella Scriptura. Our mission is to equip the Church with Christ-centered materials that deepen faith, encourage families, and glorify God.

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to promote our range of Christian publishing products. In this role, you will help develop and execute marketing campaigns that reach pastors, churches, Christian families, bookstores, and online audiences. The ideal candidate is a creative communicator with a heart for ministry, strong organizational skills, and experience in digital and traditional marketing. You will play a key role in increasing brand visibility, driving sales, and building community engagement for our biblically faithful resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns for new and existing titles, including Bibles, children’s books, journals, planners, and greeting cards.
  • Manage and grow social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube, creating faith-inspired content that resonates with Christian audiences.
  • Support email marketing efforts, including newsletter campaigns, segmented promotions, and customer retention initiatives.
  • Coordinate digital advertising (Google Ads, social ads, Amazon) and track performance metrics to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with authors, illustrators, and internal teams to develop promotional materials such as flyers, catalogs, press releases, and website content.
  • Help organize and promote events, including virtual author events, church partnerships, conferences and other promotions.
  • Maintain the company website and online store with fresh product descriptions, blog posts, and SEO-optimized content.
  • Monitor market trends in Christian publishing and faith-based consumer behavior to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide administrative support for which includes budgeting, vendor coordination, and reporting on campaign ROI.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with our biblical values and theological standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in publishing, non-profit, ministry, or Christian organizations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, Scripture-aligned copy.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp or Google Analytics, social media schedulers, and basic SEO practices.
  • Familiarity with Christian publishing, church networks, and faith-based audiences is a strong plus.
  • Passion for Christian ministry and alignment with our mission to produce God-honoring resources.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and Amazon advertising is a plus.
