If you are unsatisfied with the condition of the product, we will gladly accept returns for unused goods within 30 days of the purchase date. Please email us at email@example.com to initiate a return request. There is a 10% restocking fee (with a cap of $10) on all returns that are not a result of a manufacturing defect. The customer will pay for return shipping.
Our customer care department will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number once your return is reviewed. Kindly return your package with the RMA number written on the outside of the package along with any RMA paperwork provided. Please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be inspected and processed once they arrive at our warehouse. Once the returns process is completed and your item is approved, a credit will be issued. After we have issued your credit, your financial institution will require additional time to make these funds available in your account; times often vary from 3 to 10 business days.

A Note About Leather Bibles:
Animal hides can at times bear some unique markings. These features in the grain of the leather can be likened to the uniqueness of fingerprints. Over time, the handling and wear of a Bible depend on the user and environment the Good Book finds itself in. When proper care is given, a genuine leather Bible can last for several decades, or even a lifetime. We hope the quality and care put into a Steadfast Bible will prove a close companion for many years to come.

If you live in one of those regions, the website will be able to provide shipping options and you can place your order through the normal shopping cart checkout process. If however, the website is not providing shipping options for your location, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the words “INTERNATIONAL ORDER” in the subject line, along with your country.

Note that all international orders are quoted in U.S. FUNDS only. Quotes are only valid for 10 days. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to ship when you are evaluating shipping options (Pre-ordered items can take longer).

If you would like to submit a book proposal the first step is to submit a query letter to the same email address that will include the following:
1) A brief bio and what inspired you to write the manuscript.
2) Page count and word count of the book and category the book belongs in.
3) The age range and audience for the book.
4) Why you think Three Sixteen Publishing is a good fit for your book.
5) A one page summary of the major theme and perspective and the first chapter.
Please allow up to 6 weeks for a reply to your query letter. If we think your project is potentially a good fit for Three Sixteen Publishing we will ask for permission to review the manuscript.
