LSB Project - October Update!

We hope your Fall season is off to a good start!
As the photoshopped transportation images hint at, today we have an encouraging update regarding the arrival of preorder inventory of the Legacy Standard Bible!
We have been working through some of the same types of challenging issues other businesses are facing with global supply chain delays and manufacturing slow-downs. Today we are grateful to announce that God has made a way for us to get the Legacy Standard Bible into many hands and hearts before the end of the year!
Because the printer, Royal Jongbloed, is based in Europe, we have arranged multiple shipments to travel through the East Coast and make their way across the USA, by ship, truck and plane.
Please treat these dates as tentative timelines. These are our best estimates based on current information:
LSB NEW TESTAMENTS with PSALMS and PROVERBS (2nd Printing)
NT Cowhide and Faux Leather Editions: These will arrive first and we estimate beginning to ship out pre-orders late this week or early next week!
NT Edge-lined Goatskin Editions: We estimate beginning to ship out pre-orders the week of Nov. 8th.

- If you place an order today (FOR IN STOCK ITEMS ONLY), your order will go out as time allows for our shipping department to catch up. Please be patient and realize that it could be 5-15 business days before it leaves our warehouse.
- We have temporarily removed expedited shipping from our website to work on all preorders.
- If your order contains some items that are in stock and other items that arrive later, we will fulfill your order once all the items from your order are in stock.

This shipment is coming in several waves due to manufacturing and material challenges Royal Jongbloed has faced. This timeline for the shipping of pre-orders is subject to change:
Linen Hardcovers: We estimate beginning to ship pre-orders the week of Nov. 8th.
Cowhide Paste-down Editions: We estimate beginning to ship pre-orders the week of Nov. 8th.
Edge-lined Editions: We estimate beginning to ship out pre-orders the week of Thanksgiving or the week following.

IMPORTANT - If Your Order Includes BIBLE ARMOR:
As previously mentioned, all edge-lined pre-orders will ship with a Bible Armor case instead of a box. The Bible Armor is en route, but is coming through the congested Pacific ports. They are expected to arrive to us mid- to late November, around the same time we receive all of our edge-lined Handy Size shipments. Once received, we will package the Bible and Armor and get them mailed out as soon as we can. If you ordered Bible Armor with a hardcover, paste-down Handy Size, or any other product please know that they will all ship together when the Bible Armor arrives.
INDEXED EDITIONS:
Cowhide Paste-down Indexed Editions are very limited at this point and we expect to get them for sale online the second week in November. We will announce this first via our email list. We estimate indexed editions will begin shipping the week of Thanksgiving.

Future waves of the First Edition LSB Handy Size are expected to depart from the Netherlands sometime in November (including edge-lined, plain and indexed editions), but transportation issues continue to be a challenge, so we would appreciate your patience and prayers. We will release additional edge-lined Handy Size editions for pre-order once we can confirm the quantities of the shipment that is in transit. (We currently have edge-lined New Testaments available for preorder).

Next month we will have a more detailed LSB Project update, to include work that continues on the reference material for the translation, digital editions, and a sample of our two-column verse-by-verse typeset.
